Weekly Schedule

I teach a variety of online classes and in-person classes in San Francisco. I hope to meet you in person so we can flow together! But if you are not located in the Bay Area I would love to teach you virtually.

Each class is $15, or you can get a 10-pack for $120. Contact me to purchase your class!

I usually don’t have any content from my classes because I like to be present when I am teaching. But I couldn’t help but capture this serene moment at the end of class last Sunday.

It was so great to see everyone in person! I loved flowing with you all and your savasanas are beautiful!
